For the past 20 years Rob has been compelled by a vision to see people fully engaged in the mission God has called us to of making disciples. After serving in ministry leadership positions in both Pennsylvania and North Carolina, he joined the staff of SWC in 2006 as Assistant Pastor and transitioned to Lead Pastor in 2008. His desire is to equip and invest in anyone God brings around him so they may better understand how God wants to do great things through them. Both graduates of Bethany Bible College, he and his wife, Vallerie, enjoy being back in Sussex where they are raising their 4 kids and spending lots of hours at the hockey rink.

His goal is to see Spirit-filled leadership in every ministry area of the church. A man of many hats, he gives oversight to visitation, ministries to men, women, and seniors, facility management, and our Sunday morning First Impressions Team. After working with NB Power for 23 years in both Fredericton and Sussex, Robert has spent the last 15 years in full-time ministry between his positions at both SWC and Bethany Bible College. Allison is the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call SWC. With an obvious love for people and a heart to serve, her organizational skills are put to good use assisting our ministry staff. A native of Wisconsin, Allison, her husband, Jake, a student at Bethany Bible College, and their 3 children moved to Sussex in 2009. Outside of the office, it is not unusual to find Allison cooking up a storm in her kitchen or enjoying the great outdoors when the weather is warm.
